I know how it feels to have painful life experiences and long for connection, love, & a sense of emotional safety. My own experiences with relational struggles & healing are what led me to this work. I’ve seen firsthand how transformation is possible. It is an honor to walk alongside others as they find their way back to themselves & the people they care about.

Many of the clients I work with feel stuck in cycles that keep them from experiencing the connection & closeness they long for. They struggle with healing after betrayal, grief, medical issues, spiritual differences, & life stage changes. They often feel lost or unsure of how to create the kind of relationships they truly desire, especially after these painful life experiences. Individuals & couples I have worked with are often looking for healing & relief after loss, grief, shame, sexual trauma, & pain. Helping others with their personal story & journey is sacred, & I am honored to walk alongside you in yours.

My approach is rooted in attachment theory & parts work, with a trauma-informed lens. I help clients explore the emotional patterns that keep them stuck & reconnect with a deep sense of safety & belonging.
I believe in making the most of our time in the therapy room, creating meaningful experiences that bring lasting change both internally & in your relationships. In session, I guide clients by exploring their inner
world(s). I often incorporate tools like breathwork, guided imagery, & somatic techniques to support healing. In the therapy room, you can expect to actively practice the change you want to see. I strive to
create a space where all parts of you are welcomed & treated with care.

I’d be honored to walk with you on your path toward growth & connection and cannot wait to meet you!

How can

help?

Psychotherapy works by creating a trusting therapeutic relationship, identifying problematic thoughts, and teaching tools to shift those thoughts and change problematic behaviors. Therapy also creates an environment where safe, healing, and connecting relationships between family members can take place. A good therapist will help you feel less overwhelmed, less alone, and more empowered in your life. Many people report feeling more hopeful even after just one session.

Teen therapy for anxiety + depression

1 in 4 adolescents experience mental disorders that result in severe impairment.

Living in this fast paced world full of comparison and social media, pandemics and unknowns, peer pressure and high expectations, it's no wonder that so many teenagers are struggling. As a parent it can be hard to know if it's normal teenage moodiness or if your teen is struggling with something above and beyond normal teenage stress. Do you know the signs and how to help your teen if they are struggling with their mental health?
